If you are currently on the Starter plan, you can upgrade to the Pro plan and unlock all the features included in the Pro plan. The upgrade will immediately start a new billing cycle. We will deduct the fee proportionally based on the unused time in your current plan. Please note that the unused credits in your previous Starter plan will not be carried over to your new plan.
Upgrading to increase the number of minutes (higher usage tier)
If you are on a paid package and need more upload minutes, you can upgrade to a higher usage package. After the upgrade, a new billing cycle will start immediately. You will be charged the full amount of the new package, and the validity period of the unused minutes in your previous package will be extended to the end of the new cycle.
Upgrade from the monthly Starter package to the annual package and save 50%. In addition, you can enjoy a longer validity period for the minutes: 13 months, compared to only 60 days for the monthly package. Please note that upgrading to the annual package will immediately start a new billing cycle.
If you find that your usage is lower than expected, or you don’t need all the features, you can downgrade to a lower level, or switch from the Pro package to the Starter package. The downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy all features of your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
